Anna Bao

Experience: Anna Bao is a product builder and interdisciplinary strategist with experience developing and scaling early-stage initiatives. She brings structure to ambiguity, translates emerging ideas into practical solutions, and develops go-to-market strategies that help products reach and resonate with their intended audiences.

Anna is particularly interested in helping individuals and organizations adopt AI effectively. She designs experiential learning opportunities—including hackathons, workshops, and team programs—that enable participants to explore real-world applications, build confidence, and integrate AI into their everyday workflows.

A systems thinker and cross-functional collaborator, Anna connects people, ideas, and perspectives across disciplines. She is skilled at translating between the public and private sectors, helping stakeholders with different priorities and ways of working develop shared understanding and move complex initiatives forward.

Drawing on her background in life sciences and entrepreneurship, Anna combines analytical thinking, creativity, and an experimental mindset. She enjoys working at the intersection of technology, business, and human behavior—particularly on ideas that challenge conventional approaches and create new possibilities.
