Experience: Anu Chandrasekera brings over 15 years of experience across operations, finance, and organizational design at high-growth technology companies spanning healthcare, education, fintech, and consumer marketplaces. In her most recent roles, she has managed large cross-functional teams, driven complex multi-stakeholder launches, and served as a trusted thought partner to executive leadership through periods of significant transition and change.

Earlier in her career, Anu worked in investment banking and private equity, building a strong foundation in capital raising and financial analysis that continues to inform how she approaches operational and strategic problems today.

Today, Anu works as a fractional COO and coach, partnering with founders to build the operational infrastructure and organizational clarity needed to scale. She is also a co-founder of a nonprofit that provides access to funding and professional opportunities for first-generation and low-income college students.

Education:  Anu earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Psychology from Columbia University.
