Celeste Berg

Experience/education: Celeste brings over a decade of public sector experience working with and for government entities. She has nine years of local government experience in San Francisco: five years at the Controller's Office working on projects of departmental and citywide significance, focusing on performance, analysis, and process improvement. Celeste spent four years at the San Francisco Police Department managing significant projects on departmental staffing; developing strategy and metrics to improve operations and facilitate decision-making; and executing a strategic planning process for diversity in recruitment, hiring and retention. Celeste holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Williams College.

How I find Equilibrium: Enjoying any activity in our beautiful outdoors – rock climbing, running, hiking, jumping in lakes, skiing, dirt biking, and observing and feeling grateful for my mountain scenery. I value the time and space to read, cook, be involved in my community, stay engaged in current events, and spend quality time with my partner, family, and friends.
