Christine Reichenbach
Experience: Christine has 15+ years of internal consulting and enterprise transformation experience for Fortune 500 companies, mid-size companies, start-ups and non-profits. She is a transformation expert at the intersection of AI, operational excellence, and human-centered change.
Prior to joining EQ, Christine served as a Future of Work leader at VMware, where she led strategy and execution for 37,000 employees through the post-COVID hybrid transition and delivered a 5-year digital transformation roadmap projected to achieve $6M in cost savings. She has been doing enterprise digital transformation work for over a decade, and recently built two businesses from scratch — both rooted in discovering what can work better, redesigning the system, and making it actually work, with AI as the engine. From experimentation, she rebuilt entire work functions from the ground up, and learned by doing. Naturally, she loves to teach professionals about AI and how to enhance what they do best.
She’s a problem solver at heart and uses first principles thinking, pattern recognition, and design thinking to see the real blockers and find solutions. She’s strategic and detailed - she can see the whole system and all the parts and stays until the work is complete even when it’s messy or unclear. She helps companies build the muscle to stay connected to what customers and employees actually need, and check that against what's being delivered, in order to build the future with intention. She elevates teams because she’s genuinely invested in what the people and companies are capable of.
Education: Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the University of Denver. She is also certified in Design Thinking (Stanford d.school), Six Sigma Green Belt, and OKR coaching.

Equilibrium is: Fulfillment and freedom — the freedom to do work I love and the fulfillment of helping other people find theirs. Three kids four and under who keep me grounded. Mentoring a teenage girl in foster care and working with other consultants to bring systemic change to the foster care system. The thread has always been the same: building things that make work and life better for the people in them.
