Experience: Rebekah Krell is a strategic advisor with more than 20 years of public-sector leadership experience. She helps mission-driven organizations navigate complexity, make informed decisions, and translate ambitious goals into action.
A San Francisco native, Rebekah served in senior leadership and policy roles across the City and County of San Francisco. At the Arts Commission, she guided strategic planning, organizational growth, and initiatives requiring collaboration across government and community stakeholders. At the City Attorney’s Office, she established the Office’s policy and legislative affairs function, built relationships with community organizations, and founded a statewide coalition of public law offices to advance shared policy priorities. Her earlier work in the Mayor’s Office and the Board of Supervisors grounded her in fiscal policy, resource allocation, and the workings of local government.
Across these roles, Rebekah honed her ability to exercise sound judgment, engage diverse stakeholders, and bring people together to solve complex problems. She now applies that experience to help organizations navigate change, align resources with priorities, and pursue lasting social impact.
