Experience: 7 years with the City of San Mateo creating an employee development and workforce planning division, managing the employee and labor relations division, and leading their Human Resources department and team; 17 years with TEECOM growing from a Design Engineer to Director of Human Resources and Principal responsible for business operations, instrumental in the successful growth of the firm from 10 to 80+ employees by aligning employee development with firm growth, ultimately increasing revenue.  

Education: Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University; Masters in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco; Transformation Academy certified Professional Life Coach and Life Purpose Coach; SPHR, PHR-ca, and SHRM-SCP certified.
